4-Fish Reviews

- Comment: Dans fish almost always arrived healthy and thrive. Way ahead of other online retailers. My one honest criticism would be that often I am surprised at the size of the fish I receive. Often the website does not include the current understanding the size of the fish being purchased. Honestly sometimes it’s an oversight from myself I’m sure. I’m sure this will be corrected overtime once the warehouse is complete.

- Comment: Fish were packed and shipped extremely well. They did come in a little smaller than i was hoping for. I ordered 7 fish listed at 1-1.5", none were over 1" and some were under 1".

- Comment: Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I have no dissatisfaction. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the size of the fish was not selectable and unknown until they arrived. The fish that arrived looked good and healthy. They arrived very well packaged. They took to my tank immediately (after the bags sat in the water for 30 minutes).

Seller Reply: Hello Brent, Glad the fish arrived in good shape. Your point about having the size of the fish listed in our descriptions is spot on and well taken. Thanks for your feedback. -Dan

- Comment: I have ordered a lot of fish over the last year. Some are terrible in the way they ship and treat the animals . Dans process in my opinion is the absolute best. I wish the fish were less costly so I can’t honestly give a rating if 5 . However understanding the time and effort he places in his delivery process I guess you pay for what you get. Thanks Dan ... now I just need to keep them alive ...

- Comment: Very easy and well-explained. The only downside was that I would have liked to go back and include a few more fish on the same order, but couldn't seem to be able to do so. Other than that, no problem.
